Quality dry white wine.
Grown exclusively on the volcanic slopes of Mount Badacsony, the Kéknyelű (Blue Stem) is unique. This female-flowering grape gives naturally low yields and a creamy wine with discreet power, concentration and finesse, great length of flavour and exceptional ageing potential. Incomparable, the 'wine of Emperor Probus' has made our region famous since the 3rd century. Best served at 12-14 °C with noble white fish like pike perch or sole, with lobster or even goat cheese.
