Grown exclusively on the volcanic slopes of Mount Badacsony, the Kéknyelű (Blue Stem) is unique. This female-flowering grape gives naturally low yields and a creamy wine with discreet power, concentration and finesse, great length of flavour and exceptional ageing potential. Incomparable, the 'wine of Emperor Probus' has made our region famous since the 3^rd century. Best served at 12-14 °C with noble white fish like pike perch or sole, with lobster or even goat cheese.
